Situated on the N2 route between Swaziland, Mpumalanga, and the tourist region of Northern KwaZulu-Natal, Pongola Country Lodge is well positioned for the business traveller and tourist alike. As the gateway to Kingfisher Route, complete with Game Reserves and Parks, including Sodwana National Park and the lakes of St Lucia within a 100km drive, the Lodge is surrounded by a host of natural activities.
At Pongola Country Lodge, we strive to combine value for money, with top class facilities and an excellent range of related services.
Accommodation:
Pongola Country Lodge offers 67 spacious guest rooms, ranging from Junior Suites to Family rooms, suitable for those travelling with children.
Each and every room has been individually decorated, and offers en-suite bathroom facilities, air-conditioning and select DSTV channels.
A parking bay is provided for each unit in close proximity to the unit.
Conferencing & Events:
Our four fully-equipped conference venue facilities are capable of hosting anything from an intimate dinner celebration to large corporate functions, with two of the venues accommodating between 30 to 100 delegates, and the alternate venues catering for up to 30 delegates each.

Our wedding packages cater for up to 250 guests, and offer the options of a garden wedding within our magnificently manicured garden, coupled with a host of accommodation options for your guests.
Restaurant:
Pongola Country Lodge offer guests a choice of two dining environments.
J’s Restaurant offers a superb á la carte menu boasting a range of succulent meals and is open 7 days a week, with dinner being served from 6:00pm - 9:00pm (Monday - Saturday) and from 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Sundays).
