Sabrina Errico, HomeZone Real Estate's founder and Principal, started her real estate career in 1995. In 1999 she decided to start her own agency and opened HomeZone Real Estates in Empangeni, which is still going strong. Her brother, Aldo Errico, opened HomeZone Richards Bay in 2005, which did well in the time it was open.

With the phenomenaly growth and potential in Ballito and the KZN North Coast Sabrina decided to relocate to Ballito in 2008, where she joined Soukop as their Branch Manager. In mid-2010 Sabrina decided to venture out on her own again and HomeZone Ballito was born. It opened it's doors in September 2010 and has grown from strength to strength.

Aldo decided to join Sabrina in the Ballito office and after 5 successful years closed the Richards Bay branch and relocated to Ballito to manage the Ballito branch. HomeZone Ballito currently has 10 sales agents and 4 rental agents.
